In-store Return Policy

Items at regular price can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, for another item or store credit. We do not offer refunds.

Items on sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged under any circumstance.

 

Online Shop Return Policy

All items bought online are final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. As a small business, we unfortunately cannot accommodate returns on orders that are shipped outside of Montreal.

Exemptions: Online orders picked-up in store fall under our in-store policy: you may ask for an exchange within 7 days of receiving notice that your order is ready to be picked up, for store credit or another item, but we do not do refunds. This applies to vintage, Studio Citizen & artist items at regular price.

Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation of your online order within 24 hours of purchase by sending us an email at [email protected]

Please note that we ship out orders on Mondays and Thursdays, orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.

Lost packages

If you do not receive your order please contact us at [email protected], we will try our best to assist you. If the package cannot be located, you will receive a refund, however shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important notice

Please note that every item listed online is also available to try-on & buy at our Plateau boutique, located at 4059 Saint-Laurent Blvd, Montreal, Quebec H2W 1Y7.

We are doing our best to continuously update the online inventory as items sell in-store! However, in the event of a double sale, priority will be given to the customer in-store and you will receive a refund if we cannot fulfill your online order.
