Online Shop Return Policy

Upon receiving your item you have 7 days to return or exchange an item. Once we receive the item and it is in good condition you will be refunded the amount of the piece minus a 5$ restocking fee. All return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please use the following shipping address:

Before you return an item please email us and let us know how we can help before you make an return or size exchange. We'd love to hear from you!

There are no returns/exchanges for pieces that are on sale or are a part of our ‘Marked Down’ section of the website. 

In-Store Request for Online Item

If you would like to try something in-person, from our online store, please email us at shop@citizenvintage.com. Make sure to include any details, and we will have the piece available for you to try on at our Mile End store (5330 St-Laurent Blvd.). We will let you know when the piece is there (typically next day). 

    When you make an appointment to come try the piece, we will send you an invoice (by email) for a $5.00 deposit fee. The item will be available 12 hours after the deposit is paid. This $5.00 will be deducted from your final total if you decide to purchase the item. After purchase you have 7 days to exchange the item for store credit. If you do not wish to purchase the item, we keep the $5.00 deposit fee for restocking expenses.

    If you are interested in trying more than one piece, we encourage you to include a list of the other items from the online shop that you would like to try on (include sizes if necessary). All this for a 5$ deposit fee!
